I am Your IT Systems Expert

I created this website as a supplement to my CV (Resume`). In May 2020, during the Covid lockdown, I was made redundant from the company I worked for. MSE Corporate Security was purchased by "ADT LLC" in the United States a little over a year previously. The Company I worked for was a Physical Security vendor that installed Alarm Systems, CCTV and Card Access (Electronic Lock) Systems across the USA for Retail environments. In 2001, when the business was young, I joined them as their sole IT support. At the time I was one of five employees. There wasn't enough IT work to fill my time at that point, so I learned how to install and troubleshoot the Security equipment our company sold. Eventually, the amount of IT work increased and it filled my entire day. Being the sole IT Support, I was trusted with all the decisions regarding what computer Hardware we used and most software. I made sure if we had any opportunities to provide IT services beyond our offerings, I would learn the necessary skills to provide them.
